AAA sent these RUDE individuals to tow my vehicle to my home. JOE was absolutely horrendous of a "person" if you even want to call him that! Seems to have no soul whatsoever... and his young partner was not any better. Completely obnoxious, kept cutting me and my husband off when we tried to speak, would NOT Listen to or even ATTEMPT to do simple requests (such as putting our car in the driveway!!) RUDELY WOULD NOT TAKE MY CAR OFF THE TOW AND DEMANDED WE PAID PRIOR to taking my car off the tow for a measely $27! - and even THREATENED to leave the car on the tow and take it back to his shop!! Un-freaking believable - we were left in awe. He also REPEATEDLY said over and over, cutting me off, even during conversation without having to do with this topic, saying CASH OR CHECK ONLY ! I have used AAA several times this year for car issues unfortunately, and NEVER have I been treated so poorly! And also, never was I unable to use a credit card! The service men have always been kind and courteous and never did I have to pay before having my car placed on my property or before the service was completed! Absolutely disgusting service!!! I cannot believe these folks service people... They have been reported to AAA, hopefully they will not service folks for AAA ever again. So sad AAA has these people representing them.

Edit in response to owner: I don't know who Tony is nor was he at the tow service. He was not there to witness a thing. I stand with my statements - your workers are rude and disgusting people. Period. Where my car decided to malfunction or the geographic location of my home has nothing to do with me, nor should it hinder the service/respect level I should receive. And being a tow service - I find it hard to believe that you've never encountered even more difficult scenarios than that of which happened with us. Have decent people working for you and you will not receive poor reviews.

Absolutely disgusting food. Garlic knots were soft, not warm or crisp, soggy, AND had a disgusting taste... Tasted weird like they were old or something odd was put in the dough. Myself and my husband actually bit into it and spit it out - ugh. The penne vodka was literally just RED SAUCE ON NOODLES. And they only gave me two shrimp with it. The buffalo chicken salad was extremely salty. This place is nasty will never order from here again.

I used to go here all the time! Management took over and it went absolutely down the bucket. Very unprofessional... All of a sudden they "only take appointments"... I had an appointment with Max .. I go for my scheduled appt and the other ladies laughed and said "oh max is sleeping in the back" and they said they would do my nails... I'm sorry, what? I walked out and ever since then, they've blocked my calls!! Unbelievable and extremely unprofessional!!! I've taken my business elsewhere.. these people are petty, immature, and extremely unprofessional.

I formerly gave this place an optimal rating, however they have been steadily going on a downhill spiral. The last straw was receiving nachos with cheese and refired beans to go and have it looking like this!! There's no more than 8 nachos on this dish.. presentation is disgusting.. and the worst part is... IT'S $8!! I'm just glad I checked my bag prior to leaving the lot because I'm promptly got my money back for it. Also, the rotisserie chicken is gross.. tasted microwaved and NO FLAVOR whatsoever... I think that's my last time giving this place a shot. They should be embarrassed!
