      For the most part I was happy with the end result. BUT-What could have made this a great experience: 1. They only have a hole cut in the back garage door for a key drop. They didn't tell me this- but said they had a drop box. It was not labeled and only had a little piece of cardboard stuck in the hole to try to cover it. I dropped my keys in the hole and hoped no one would figure out my keys were there and try to fish them out of an unsecured hole. 2. They missed some minor areas that were right out in the open (plastic plug area, an area around the rubber part where the emergency break comes up, and under the mat in my hatchback area where the grooves are). The rest of the car looked so nice so I ended up doing those areas myself while the rest of the car still was shiny clean- it took me about 25 minutes using alcohol and cotton swabs because it was pretty gross. That being said, I rarely clean my car, which is 4 years old, so I was thrilled to see how nice most everything cleaned up. 3. They forgot to put my floor mats back in the car, and I had to call twice to finally get them delivered. I do not live close, so driving an hour round trip to get them was not an option for me. Since I only paid $80 for the package with a Groupon I think I still got my money's worth, but think I will try somewhere else next time.After all, detailing is about the details isn't it? I think they failed to make sure a new customer would come back.
