      I've been to Snoh multiple times since they opened. Their shaved ice is always so light and fluffy. I love their combos.
      Their boba is high average. I have had better, but it's still pretty dang good.
      I know they are struggling now due to COViD. You order and pay online, and then they bring your order out to you.
      I would definitely recommend coming here and bring multiple friends when I'm in the neighborhood.

      Disclaimer: (1) I'm a physician (2) I actually work at Banner Desert. No, I did not tell them this because I usually don't "pull rank".

      I came because I got a bee sting that has become infected, and needed to get antibiotics on a Sunday. I initially tried to make a telehealth appointment, but of course the system didn't work, and I kept getting told to call customer service (who don't work on a Sunday anyway) and so I rescheduled an appointment at this location in person.

      The front desk was lovely and efficient.

      I was seen by Irene, one of the nurse practitioners. Like I said, I did not tell her I was a physician and she was extremely condescending, did not listen at all, and I'm surprised she didn't just pay me on the head with "it's not an infection, dear, it's just an allergy". She made no attempt to review my past medical history or ask me, or I would have told her I had diabetes before she gave me a dose of steroids (she came in afterwards to say "you have diabetes? You need to check your blood sugars.). I told her I have a history of mrsa cellulitis which failed outpatient therapy and require inpatient hospitalization - completely blew it off.

      I'm already messaging my PCP asking her to call in antibiotics in the morning. Unfortunately the average person who doesn't know what they have are not goin to be so lucky at this location.

      Great example of what happens with a monopoly and no expectations to have to strive to be better (or even good). I've lived here for 15 years and dread ever having to go here to pick up packages or mail.
      There have been a few pleasant experiences with employees but the majority (especially Amy) are rude and condescending.
      One of the issues with the foothills is we don't have an assigned mail carrier - and each mail carrier treats mail differently. Our last one was awesome. This current one, again, does everything possible to not work.
      If you ever have to call them, no one ever picks up the phone.
      Last year my mail box key was jammed and had to be rekeyed. They had said it would take 1-4 weeks, depending on when the key people were in their Phoenix rotation. I would have to go every few days to pick up my mail in person. Well, it ended up taking over 3 months beteeen people not putting in work orders and them getting lost. Trying to pick up your mail at this post office is a joke, especially with their hours that no working person could ever make. I am still fairly sure I am missing packages from that time. (Also see above about people not picking up the phone if you ever have to call).
      I always use ups and FedEx to mail stuff. I sincerely wish I could use another company to receive all regular mail.

      I fired them before I even hired them.
      My initial contact with this company was quite good. They came out and gave a quote and seemed very professional. The owner gave me references who raved about what a good job they do.
      Unfortunately, those references didn't pan out. I called the owner back to ask to schedule service. She cancelled on me twice (though with 24 hr's notice). Once she had family coming into town and wanted to spend time with them; the second she forgot it was the Friday of Labor Day (I made these appointments over a week in advance each, so she had plenty of time to see that). Usually I would have written them off, but the references were so good that I decided to give them another chance. We set a time for a first cleaning at 2 pm (I told her I would take off early from work to be present to let them in for the first cleaning). I was called at work as I was leaving at 1:30 pm to say that her cleaning girls were outside my door already. I told her I was already on my way out and would be there about 2. I was called 10 min later by her employees asking if I had already left, and I said yes, and I would be there by 2. On my way home at 1:55, there was an accident on Pecos Rd where the entire road was closed and all traffic rerouted. I called immediately to let her know what had happened and to give my exact location. The owner said she would inform her employees outside my house.
      I arrived at my house at 2:15 pm. No one was there. I called the owner on her cell phone and company phone, but no one picked up. I left messages at both. She called me an hour later to say that her employees said they had waited a half hour and then left. They couldn't return because they were already almost home. I pointed out that her employees had ARRIVED HALF AN HOUR EARLY, so leaving after waiting half an hour is stupid. The owner agreed and offered to have them come the next day to clean. Unfortunately (1) I had picked this day because I was having guests over at my house the next day and needed some help cleaning before then (2) I had already taken a half day off of work to be there for them.
      At that point, I fired them before they had ever even worked for me, after losing a half day's worth of wages and with no cleaning services. The third time is definitely a charm, and they clearly show a pattern of sloppy scheduling and lousy business practice. I definitely would not use this company nor would I recommend them, no matter how good a cleaning job they might do.
