I would rate them a ZERO but I can't. I ordered my order online at 4:38pm. I received a email saying my order would be ready at 5pm. I got there at 5pm went to counter order not ready. Heather the manager said it will be right out and they "Would call out my name" when it was ready. I went to counter at 5:10pm order not ready. Now people who ordered in the store have come and gone with their orders. I go to counter at 5:20pm. Heather said it was coming. Went to counter at 5:30pm and asked again.. she looked agitated like I was wasting her time. She looks around half assed and asked my name again.. looks around confused so I figured I'd help her out. I see my pizza on the rack.. NO ONE CALLED OUT MY NAME. The WORST PAPA MURPHYS IN THE UNITED STATES. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Friendly staff and they made our pizza quick. The pizza and salad tasted great. We will be back

Horrible customer service. They would rather help other customers buying cigarettes and soda than wait on uhaul customers. Horrible horrible customer service
