The sleigh ride was less than 10 minutes. You could almost see the cabin where we ate from the starting point. The apple cider was the best part of the food and beverage. The two people in our group who ordered the fish each had a couple bites and left the rest on their plates. The music was nice, but it was SO loud in the dining room. This was an extremely mediocre experience, especially in relation to how much it costs. I would not recommend this. There are other much better options in Park City.

Moved into a new house and used them to clean the gutters because the previous owners had used them for years. They charged us an INSANE amount. We wouldn't have used them again anyways because of the cost, but since then we have had a contractor out who said our downspouts are completely stuffed and now someone out doing our ice dams who said the gutters on the top are also totally full of debris. Terrible all around.

I had someone come out to look at my furnace. They told me I needed a $550 part. I have a warranty through another company, so I called to see if they could come out. They looked at it, cleaned it, charged me $50 and were on their way. When I called Uptown to let them know what happened, they could not have cared less. I have used them for years. Disappointing.

They repaired a patio step that they had originally put in for the previous owner. It was expensive and they left our patio and driveway a mess. I emailed them that I sent a check, but wasn't happy with the way things were left. I never heard back. I would never use them again or recommend them.
