I found my kitty baby here! It was really nice to be able to spend some time with the cats! Missy was great and she really helped me through the whole adoption process. I highly recommend coming here for the events and to find your future purr-babe.
Always on time and knowledgeable! Very reliable work. I got a crown recently and I haven't had any trouble. I would definitely recommend this practice to friends and family.
I really liked this place!
PROS:
- mini corn dogs
- $5 to play board games all day
- happy hour was nice
CONS:
- I think happy hour could be a little better since there are some places on Mill that are pretty amazing
PROS:
- full size kitchen
- huge master bathroom
- big living space
- laundry room
- on-site grocery delivery (and they deliver late, I got my groceries around 10pm)
- beautiful property
- very comfy bed
- hot water/good water pressure in the shower
- you get a wrist band to use at the pools and water park on property
- guard gated property
CONS:
- the condition seemed a bit worn both in the halls and rooms
- there was a blood stain on one of bedroom pillows
- most of the suites are actually 2-3 bedroom apartments and when you book a 1 bedroom they lock the door to the 2nd bedroom and bathroom in the unit, it felt a little creepy.
- customer service
I'm in the middle about this property, I thought I was having a pretty good experience even after finding the blood stain on the pillow, but I needed to talk to a customer service representative about checking out earlier and was not treated very well. It kind of made my whole experience end up feeling bad at the end.

Just don't move here. I will save you the hassle of checking it out. Completely not worth it. I told the property manager about how the pest control guy said that I should be compensated for having to seal and caulk my apartment by myself because they wouldn't do it when I moved in, and instead of helping the property manager just said "Are you sure he said that? Because you know if he did he could be fired for saying such things" trying to make me feel bad for telling the truth and trying to make me take it back. I'm sick of living here. The management keeps saying my apartment isn't infested, but that's a complete lie. There is definitely something wrong in the pipes in my apartment because I have springtails coming up the drains in my bathroom. I've had 2 geckos come up the sink also. There are earwigs crawling all over my apartment. I just wish I hadn't signed a year lease. I am literally so uncomfortable living here. Trust me do not cheap out and live here. Alta steelyard and stone oaks were much better communities than this one hands down.

We are sorry about your recent experience. We have had maintenance and pest control come by to repair and treat your unit. In regards to parking, unfortunately, your whole building has spaces in the same area and there are no closer vacant spots that we can move your assigned parking to. If you'd like for us to have maintenance come by again to look for cracks, we'd be happy to do so. If we can assist with anything else, please reach out to the office and we will do everything we can to help you.
I have been battling bugs every day and have almost gone through a whole bottle of bug spray even after they had maintenance and pest control come in! Maintenance did nothing to make sure the apartment was completely sealed! There are cracks every where and scorpions can fit through a crack the size of a credit card! They sealed 2 big holes, one under my kitchen sink near the pipes and one that was in the corner of my bathroom. I had to buy caulking and sealant to do the sealing by myself! I'm sick of your excuses!! As soon as my lease is over I'm getting out of here! I should at least be compensated for the work I've done to fix up this apartment! You should be trying to make your residents feel comfortable and happy! Instead you could care less and that's the worst part! I've attached new pics of more bugs! Earwigs, crickets, moths, roaches, spiders!
I just moved in about a month ago, and I am extremely dissatisfied. First, BUGS! Granted I do live on the first floor of the complex, but while moving in I discovered many dead roaches (aka waterbugs according to the staff) and rolly polly bugs around the apartment. I left for a week on a business trip while I was moving into my apartment (mind you, my fridge and pantry are completely empty). When I got back I found another dead roach on the floor in my living room and i now have a medium sized moth and some crickets running around. I don't understand how they got in! Second, when I started moving in, I also noticed dust and leaves on the floor near my patio door. I check the door and found about a 1 inch gap under it. I asked the staff to please fix this and they supposedly had maintenance go in to fix it. There was no notice that the maintenance staff had even entered my apartment, but the gap under the door had decreased slightly. Still this didn't fix my problem. It's beginning to be summer here in AZ which means a lot of bugs will be looking for cooler climate. They suggested I BUY A WEATHER STRIP AND ADD IT TO THE DOOR MYSELF! I had to pay $20 for the strip and had to drill it onto the door myself. I also found a few unsealed holes in corners and a shoe print above my bathroom door. I asked for these things to be cleaned and fixed and nothing was done about it except for one big hole in the corner of my bathroom being re-caulked. Because of the amount of bugs and the shape of the apartment, I asked if I could transfer to a different apartment (this was about 2-3 weeks after moving in). The staff said it would cost me $750 for me to move to a different apartment. Even the parking spot they gave me is inconveniently located very far from my actual unit. If I go grocery shopping I need to park near my unit, unpack my groceries, and then re-park my car in my spot. It's just completely inconvenient. I signed a year lease and am already thinking about breaking it because of all the inconveniences I've experienced during the FIRST MONTH OF ME LIVING HERE. I'd rather feel comfortable living in my apartment than having to feel anxious going to bed thinking I might wake up to spiders and scorpions because the apartment isn't sealed well and the staff really doesn't care enough to fix the problems. I'm paying a lot of money for this "luxury apartment complex" and it's been a horrible experience so far especially the fact that the management doesn't even want to try to take care of you or address your concerns.
