Well, I was a skeptic about lashes until I walked into Makenzie's place. Not only is she friendly and professional, she is intricate and is truly an artist in her work. She took her time, all the while making me comfortable. I went with a classic look to start, as I wasn't sure how it would look. I loved the result! I wound up booking a fill appointment to try hybrid lashes next time, to see which I like more. I highly recommend her if you want someone who genuinely cares about the result. Thanks for the extra layer of beauty, Makenzie! Worth the money, for sure!

I would give this place zero stars if Yelp allowed it. Not only did Danielle altogether STOP answering calls and cancelling/ dodging appointments out of nowhere for my second Groupon purchase, but she never even serviced me once for the third Groupon purchase I made! Ironically, when I initially contested the purchases, she texted me that evening saying I would be serviced with comps, but then stopped responding, yet again, after that text. I am now unable to get refunded for her NOT servicing me or responding to any attempts at outreach (her personal cell phone, spa number, receptionist, via PayPal, etc.). So unprofessional and such a shame, honestly, because initially, I was under the impression that she was truly there for her clients and was even willing to refer my friends to her, but there's no chance I'd ever, ever recommend anyone to go to her now. I got scammed and am out over $200 now; it's truly disgraceful. Go at your own risk and never send her money via PayPal!
