I always liked coming to this tailor, however, my last visit, the owner kept telling me I needed to pay for the clothing I picked up. I told her that she already had me pay when I dropped off the clothing. I didn't notice that she did not mark it on my receipt. I had to pull up my credit card statement to prove to her. Be careful. If my husband had gone, he would have paid again.
Food is good and service was very good. However, seeing the way they bus the tables at this particular visit was disgusting. The lady busing the tables would take the half drunk cup of water from the previous customer and pour it on the table to wipe it down. Manager did not seem to concerned about the spreading of germs
The two employees working this evening were less than enthused by our presence. There was no one else in the store. I asked if I could make a special order. The young female employee looked at me and asked me what I wanted. As I told her, she was looking at me with a blank stare. I asked her to write what I was ordering down. She looked confused and asked me again what I wanted, then she said she had to go do something and proceeded to get on her phone in the back. The young man was too busy to help us because he was picking the scabs off his arms on the counter. We decided these two employees were too busy for our business and went elsewhere.
Came in to buy clown cones. Fortunately, they had them. Although, everytime we buy them, there is less and less ice cream in the cone. There isn't even a cookie bottom for the clown's collar anymore. There wasn't even a full scoop of ice cream in them. The ice cream itself is pretty good.
Went for lunch. Arrived at noon. No dancers. We had to ask. One came out and danced while we ate our cheeseburgers and scrolled through her phone. Food was good and fairly priced. Another dancer came out, but danced on the floor behind us where no one was sitting. She was laughing and joking with the lady who worked the music. This was a bust. Perhaps it is more entertaining at night. Won't be back.

Hello Threearz, I'm so sorry that your visit with us fell short of expectations. We want to make things right. Please ask for a manager on your next visit and mention this review.
I asked the pharmacist why they don't answer their phones. I quote her response, "We are too busy" She also suggested I use the CVS app for everything else. I explained to her that the app does not let you make all changes to your prescriptions and since they do not answer their phones, it makes it difficult to make a minor change on something that would have taken less time by phone. Therefore, creating more work for themselves since I can't call them and will not drive to tell them that some of the prescriptions they are trying to order, I will not be picking up. My doctor decided not to have me take the prescriptions anymore. They are causing more work for themselves by not being able to answer customer phone calls. It will not let me cancel the prescriptions on the app.
They have two drive through lanes open, however they seem to service the first lane by the window the most. More than once, we have had to hit the call button while in the second lane. After watching four cars go through the first window and no one helping us in the second Iane, my husband got out and had to knock on the window. We and the four cars behind us had not moved while watching the other lane get served. If you are going to have both lanes available, then someone needs to cover both lanes that are open!
The young lady at the pharmacy drop off window was nice, however, with the encouragement of the pharmacist, I was asked to take my prescriptions elsewhere as they were swamped. They both said Walmart was a better option! I was floored. Even after stating that I did not need it right away, they still wanted me to go elsewhere. I guess they do not need any more business.
