Apr 1, 2024A year and a half ago Lou with Raindance installed a Lsu sprinkler system for me. Recently . One of the sprinklers broke. Lou got his crew out here promptly fixed it and did not charge me. Excellent customer service I would highly recommend them

Mar 11, 2016Updated reviewRecently I wrote a review regarding my distraction with Charles at Affordable tree I however I must admit he did come back and complete the job to my satisfaction and I was extremely satisfied.

He promises to come back in a couple days, but each time has excuses for why the work wasn't getting done. The bottom line is we are out about $1,300. He's one of those guys where it is everyone else's fault but his. He did indicate that the people he subcontracted to do the work let him down but we feel that is not our problem since he gave us his word the work would be completed prior to the end of February.
