Would give this store a negative star. My apartment complex is requiring that everyone use spectrum and put the wifi box in every unit. But we have to go pick up the TV box at the store. Went in and the manager cathy said I would have to pay for the box which is not what my apartment said. I didn't agree she got angry keep telling to back away from her area. As I'm trying to call the apartment complex which I can not hear over her. After I step back she calls me a "big ass". I told her that she had no right to call me names and she said it again. She got so angry, she look as she was about to hit me. Another co worker had to take her to the back room, to try to cool her off. It didn't seem to work. When I said this store had bad customer service she replied yes it does, you should leave. I could tell you more but I'm getting upset thinking about.
I have drinks with at the Fort Worth location and had a good time so I thought I would try the food when I was near the Arlington location. There food was nothing special, can't say I would eat there again. Had no problem with the service at all. It may just to a place for good drinks an appetizers with friends.

Sorry to hear this, Amy. If there was a problem with your food I wish you would have asked for a Manager to help you and correct the problem. We try to stay consistent at all of our stores and want everyone to have a great dining experience. I apologize that we didn't live up to it, but I am glad you enjoy our Fort Worth location and I hope you will give the Arlington location another chance to prove itself in the future.
