This is the worst car wash in Fredericksburg. I have a monthly pass I pay for. Every time I go here to get a wash they are always closed. It's 10-15-2022 @ 2:45 pm and of course they are closed. I will be canceling my membership with them the coming week. They only have 4 of the 8 vacuums working and the rest of course are broken. It's been like this for 3months or longer. The current owner doesn't care about his business. Half of the car wash has stuff that don't work. He has no plans on fixing it either. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There hours r supposed to be 9-5pm. It's only 3:00pm and just saw the employee close up and got in car and left.

I took both of my parents suv and truck to have the headliners replaced. On my mom suv they broke the passenger visor. After several calls about a replacement they keep saying I'm gonna have to call supplier to find out what's going on. To no avail they don't keep you updated. You have to call every time. This has been going on for almost 3 months. Then I had to go get passenger visor which took all of 1 hour. They kept giving us the runaround.Then I took my dads truck to have headliner and visors done. First off they broke the inside light that comes on when you open the door and also the drivers visor mirror and didn't tell us anything about them being broke. So yourself a favor and spend your money else where.
