I have an antique watch and was curious about the value. Van contacted me within an hour or so of my inquiry. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me asking questions. I then sent photos of the piece so he could reach out to a watch expert. By the end of the day I had the value of the watch and information about how to receive a written appraisal. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional.

Sunrise scheduler was professional and worked with my availability. Paul was the service technician who came to evaluate the issue we had and was able to identify the problem and fix it. He was on time and explained everything thoroughly.

We held a rehearsal dinner at Silver Star and it was perfect. Sydney worked with us on a select menu, set out decorations the evening of the event and made sure the service went smoothly for the entire gathering. The food was great and they were accommodating every step of the way. Definitely someplace I would reserve again.

We had an incomplete, ineffective system installed in our church hall. Gregg from AV Specialists met with us and proposed an affordable system that would meet our specifications. AV Specialists met proposed deadlines, corrected problems left by the previous contractor, did not exceed the quote and had installers who were professional and courteous. The staff has also responded to our questions regarding function and operation even as install has been completed for months.
