Called for takeout and had to wait over half an hour; my order wasn't even ready by then! The excuse was there were too many orders. My lunch break was essentially over... other places in Chinatown can handle much more orders while being efficient.

By far not the best ramen in Japan, but it's a must do when visiting just for the experience.
Lines are usually long, but it moves relatively quick compared to other "famous" spots.

Mediocre at best. I came here with high hopes that I will be able to purchase Japanese snacks that are not available anywhere else; the supermarket options did not impress me and the snacks are commonly found in many times of asian supermarkets. Their ramen selection left me disappointed.

It was really important for me to find a florist that can write Chinese. The lady speaks English and Chinese and that surely helped a lot! She explained the choices to me down to the wrapper and the ribbon and she provided me photos of the bouquet and the message that I requested. Some other florists in the area was too pushy and tried to persuade me into expanding my budget, but this florist worked with my budget. I manage a florist in NYC so we know a honest and top quality shop when we see one. Highly recommend!
