I went in yesterday to adopt a cat filled out application, they haven't called me back , I called three times , today and they said yes they are calling me and letting me know , still
Nothing , I found the staff to be unfriendly and not helpful , young staff with attitudes , I asked to see cats , and the people didn't want to be bothered , not welcoming , not reccomend them !

Omg , this bank has been nightmare since they changed from Astoria Federal, the bank had no idea what they are doing ! Always a wait ! Branches shut down at the same time , branches are closing , should have left well enough alone with Astoria Bank, this bank disgust me and many others , thinking of leaving soon!

I just joined NEFCU to get an account for my business , I switched from Bank of America, I heard no monthly fees, I thought great!
I just got my first statement average ledger balance $60, they withdrew $60 ! For what ? I haven't even used the account yet ! Plus they don't have 24 hour phone service I called put in my account number and they said invalid !
What is going on here ? Am I going to have to cancel my accounts here too, for hidden fees , this is a joke, there should be 24 hour service !!

I went into the dealership yesterday with a voucher I received in the mail saying they would pay my last months lease by leasing a new car with them.I live in Nassau , so I thought I would take the drive and see what happens.
As soon as I walked in the door there were many salesman there to greet you .
I said I recieved this voucher in the mail .
I was told Juan would help me .
He brought me to his desk and immediately he started to help me , I gave him the voucher and he did everything to help me out .
I had leased my car from KIA , Autoworld in East Meadow , they are nightmare , I had gone there to lease another car and they said because my credit wasn't good they couldn't do anything for me , and they also gave me incorrect information
On a letter from KIA stating I was eligible for a lesser car, well anyway forget about going back to KIA Autoworld , they suck .
Ok , back to Bayside , Juan went out of his way to do everything he could to get me a car, reguardless of my credit score , I was there almost all day and everyone was very friendly making sure I was ok , well it turns out I wasn't eligible to lease a car but eligible to buy a used car !!!music to my ears, Juan took me upstairs and showed me all the cars that I would be interested in and the best type of car for my needs, I am an event planner and I need a big car for supplies etc for parties , we found the perfect car, 2016 Dodge Caravan , with 35,000 miles on it ,then we went downstairs to see Sean the finance manager , who is also amazing , he put in all the numbers , and figured out the best price and used my voucher I brought in for my first months payment , I put zero down , plus get got my monthly same price I was paying on my lease from my KIA , and it included the warranty, he explained everything clearly about my car loan , and is going to try and make my monthly lower!!
This place is amazing ! They made sure I was able to get a car, reguardless of my credit score !!
No car dealer has ever done what Bayside has done, they will bend over backwards to make sure you walk out of there with a car.
