my sister paid a family friend to put a fence in her backyard on 31 March. She paid him with a check that day for $6000. He went and deposit the check in his Wells Fargo account. They told him the funds would be available on 4/4. He had several workers helping him so they needed to be paid also out of this money ... he gave them a check and told him they could cash it on 4/4... Of course, one of the men tried to cash their class on 4/4 and they were declined.he called to see why there was a hold on it. He contacted my sister and let her know what was going on. She then called her bank while I was in the car with her. I heard that the check cleared for too so Wells Fargo did get the money. My sister took a copy of the clear check to Wells Fargo at first they tried to give her some bullshit about summer check in the past my sister would never, and has never wrote a bad check in her life. They wanted to hold them funds for another five days. But after my sister proved to the bank manager, they push one button in the hold was off. That is some sneaky bullshit, I don't trust this o if bank whatsoever !!! well the gentleman who had the account has decided to close his account at Wells Fargo. They are just not trustworthy.
I first moved to Middletown in 1997. Dr. Dadia had a small practice and they were really good. Everybody in Middletown went to them. As the office grew the customer service declined ...I sent husband they're against to them but had to transfer him to Christiana care because they were so awful. They accused my 15 year old niece, who was a tad overweight at the time of being 26 year old pregnant woman. She was mortified. She left the office in tears My daughter left them , my sister and my mother are about to leave this office because they have so many issues ...if you go in there and you're sick the one nurse kicks you out isn't that why you go to the doctor because you're sick ! just seems to me a lot of people are leaving they don't give the quality customer service that they once did :(
Ok so used to love this place but something is going on.. my husband has Ben out if his high blood pressure meds for 3 weeks.. we go thru express scripts. 3 weeks ago my process to get his meds refilled started. Express scripts reps left 2 messages to get meds refilled.. they were ignored. They told me to call as Middletown Family care would not respond to them . I called 9 times and my husband called them once to get high prescription refilled, they finally called it in to the incorrect pharmacy which will not allow us to pick it up . Had to leave another message to get it fixed. Nobody is listening!! How many messages do you have to leave to get the job done !!! Why must getting a simple refill take 11 calls? This is annoying to keep repeating the same thing! The office needs to listen to the messages correctly!!!!!!! So as of 1/7 still no meds since the first call starting 12/22/20. Hope he doesn't have a heart attack!!!
Mr Tires is sneaky ! The branch in Middletown Delaware! I took my car there for oI'm change, on my way home car broke down on interstate 95... my stepfather came to pick me up and look under hood and couldn't believe it ! The battery was rotten ! I know they saw it when they change the oil ! Why not tell me ? Could of saved me $200 for tow truck and missing a day of work .. I dont trust then !!! Bl

I took my car in for an oil change at the Middletown,DE location.. the day I picked it up (7/14) on my way home from there my car broke down on I -95. I had a tow truck come get my car & stepfather came out to pick me up.. he looked under the hood and couldn't believe what he saw !!! the battery had all this white stuff all over it ... he said he can't believe that the employees at Mr. tires never said a word to me about this !!! obviously they saw it when they did the oil changed .. why not let the customer know . I will never go there again. I wrote to the manager and no response.. they just don't care!

So on 1/18 @ 8 pm I ordered a lg pizza & breadsticks.. they said it would be 81 minutes. Around 9:14 we hadn't heard anything so we went & open our front
door and there was our food ... ice cold !!
just sitting there in the cold .. no door bell ring, knock at door, or text !!! I tried calling them 6 times, they will not answer!! Wtf the worst pizza ever !!
we will never again order and we have been ordering there for 10 yrs
