I called in and they told me my sandwich would be ready in 10 minutes as I got there I was expecting to walk up to the pre ordered line but there was only one line and one cashier that was super SLOW and sweaty EWWW!!!! I stood in line for another 10-15 minutes, as I got my sandwich and proceeded to eat it I discovered it became really soggy and it made me gag as I tried to swallow it. My suggestion/recommendations is do not call in and pre-order anything you will be highly disappointed!!! your food will be cold and un pleasant. FEELING Awkward Also because nobody greets you as you walk in the door not even any eye contact, highly disappointed!!!!

Amber, our goal with call-in orders is to have the orders ready for guests upon arrival. Evidently, that didn't happen during your visit. We are truly sorry for the wait, lack of greeting, and poor quality of your sub. We will do better and make sure management is made aware of this, to prevent this incident from happening again. I've experienced many dealerships in my life time and this one by far was very honest. made me feel like i could trust there word and also made me feel very comfortable. The financing was fast and easy I wasn't in their office for hours like other dealerships.I've had my car now for a year-and-a-half and I'm still very happy with it and it drives great still!!!!!
I definitaly recomend you don't avoid!!!! I can honestly say I have had the best experience at this dealership compared to any new dealership that sells used cars . I have purchased a used car from a brand new dealership and it broke down the first week in a drive-thru. I come to this dealership and purchased my car and it has lasted Me 2 years without any issues and I've only replace the tires I am very happy with my purchase and choice of vehicle. Thank you Nick and Moodie you were very great in your customer service, it was spatacular over exceeding all my needs and wants. I will purchase from you in the future again anytime
I had the worst experience I have two broken arms and just wanted a nice night in a Jacuzzi room to relax my body I was told the rooms were brand new as I walked into the room it was old it smelt nasty there was stains all over the carpet boogers on the ceiling there was hair in Destin it was a very nasty I have stayed at a lot of courtyards in my life and never got it treated so disrespectfully at the front desk I took multiple of pictures and they told me I was a liar I will never go back to the courtyard again in Vacaville
