      Wish there were other options for Pho in my city, over this chain place. The service is short and curt. If you want to change anything on the menu forget about it. They say yes and still won't change the item. Today orders, one of my favorite Vietnamese foods. It was horrible and after three bites, I threw it out. I go to Vietnamese restaurants at least once or twice a week, all over the Inland empire and with out question this is the worst. This is the last time I will frequent the Ocean Pho chain.

      The fact that it's a chain should say a lot.

      Only been here once before. Decided to order through a delivery service. The worst food I have ever had delivered before. The food was cold and stale and nothing had the hint of flavor. Given this experience of their attention to detail for all forms of service I shall not return to this place.

      Wish there was a no star option, so they get a one. Have no idea where to start this review so here's a my top ten list of the reasons:

      1. Not ADA friendly. The place is huge, the signage is useless, but not as useless as the staff. Ask 3 people how to get some where and get 3 wrong answers.

      2. In a "wheelchair accessible" room they place the hairdryer, coffee maker, safe, and iron on the top shelf of the closet. To get the shower head you have to be able to reach up over 6 feet.

      3. They nickel and dime you for everything.

      4. Food is poor quality with high prices.

      5. They didn't clean the room.

      6. When you ask staff a question, you get another question, but never an answer.

      7. Paid extra for a room with a balcony, the lock was broken and maintenance never came to repair it.

      8. When you ask staff what their title is, you never get an answer. Their badges say where they come from and they refuse to tell you.

      9. Self parking is $29.00, not for the day, but for every time you enter the lot.

      10. They only allow a roll of toilet paper, the one on the holder. If you need more you need to call and request it. Fun to do at 4 in the morning.

      From the front desk at check-in to check-out my experience here has been atrocious. I'm not sure if the people who work here understands the meaning of customer service. I'm not referring to any outrageous requests, but basic requests that all travelers would make. There are many choices within this city, this one is a last resort.

      Thought we would give this place a try. Service was poor. Took 15 minutes to order food and another 30 minutes for food to arrive. Ordered Corned Beef hash, which consisted of small squares of old dry corned beef which is not hash. The hash browns were grey, like that has sat out and were oxidized. Over easy eggs, were medium to well done. For a breakfast place getting a simple egg order wrong. Send the" hash" back and had the biscuits and gray, which tasted like flour. Talked to the manager, who tried to explain the hash. She gets the extra star for comping the meals since most of it was untouched. I'll wait in line for Caroline's.
