Few days ago, we have gotten their menu from the mail. So, my wife and I decided to go try it today. Gotta say, so glad we went. We had a such amazing experience. The staff were friendly and the food was very well displayed and delicious. The sashimi was very fresh, and the best part of it was, it comes with fresh wasabi. I have only had these kind of wasabi from high end fancy Japanese restaurant like Nobu, not expecting a hole in the wall sushi place like this to have it. Very impressed. Highly recommended to everyone, and definitely going back there again.

I was so lucky to be his student when I was in Chinese Medicine School for my master in TCM. I knew this Tai Chi was special, unlike anything I have seen or experienced. It was like love at first sight, I had the desire to learn the whole 75 form. For two semesters, class was really fun and interactive. And I got to learn the 24 Form of Zhao Bao Tai Chi Quan, which is the most essential basic building block to the whole zhao bao tai chi practice.

Just by practicing the fundamentals of this art, I was able to live healthier and happier everyday. This art has been transforming my life ever since. I am now able to control things that I never knew I was capable of controlling, like my anger, my mood, my sleep, my stress, and especially my energy level. I feel like taking time and practice tai chi has helped me healed a lot from of my past trauma, and also optimizes every aspect of my life at the same time.
