I recently upgraded from a 2017 Honda Accord to a 2018 Honda Pilot. I recently had a baby and needed more cargo space. Ihab Ghobrial was my sales person and Charles Guajardo helped facilitate the deal. Both were pleasant to deal with. I was told that because there was a lease special and that the 2018 year model was being cleared out, that getting the color of my choice would be difficult. (I also called around and found this to be true) They worked all day calling around to find this specific color combination that I wanted on a Pilot EX. They were more than helpful and patient with me and Ihab was very thorough with the explanation of how everything works and even brought light to some features I was unaware of once they pulled off the miracle of finding what I wanted to pay for. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Scott Robinson Honda to whomever is looking to buy or lease a vehicle. Family owned and operated and you can tell! It makes a HUGE difference with the service, honesty and all around feeling of comfort when making a large financial decision.
