Cornerstone and Brian were awesome to work with. They followed up on an installation of a folding door done in our family room to our back yard which was completed about 4 years ago. When our German shepherd puppies decided to snack on the rubber seal in the track, the doors and screen wasn't tracking right. Brian quickly agreed to fix the issue and didn't charge us for the service even though it was clearly caused but us. This kind of service is hard to come by these days. The initial installation went great as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use Cornerstone again or recommended highly.

I purchased a BMW M5 from Rancho and had to replace all 4 tires due to uneven wear which caused the care to vibrate and shimmy. I wrote them certified mail asking them to pay for the tires and didn't even receive a response. This is a second rate dealership who doesn't understand that you make a profit through repeat business which means taking care of your customers. On a positive note, the car was very clean and a good price.

I purchased a cutting board for about 300 dollars thinking I'll opt for what seems to be a very high quality cutting board that will last a lifetime and function really well. I'm fairly happy with the board however it developed a huge crack and now catches all the food and has to be constantly cleaned. I reached out to the company and they asked my so many questions I almost didn't want to pursue a remedy...I clearly stated I didn't have a receipt handy and that I've owned it for about two years and they still pursued grilling me for info to see what could be done.

      They asked:

"Where did you purchase the board?
Please provide a proof of purchase.
Send pictures of the defect along with a picture of the overall board
How are you maintaining and washing?
What are you using to maintain and wash?
      Where is this being stored?
      If a counter top:
If this is a counter top how is it installed?
      if there is an overhang:
      how much is the overhang?
How is the overhang supported? "

I supplied most of the info and waited only for them to state:

"We have a 1-yr warranty against workmanship and manufacturing defects. Without a receipt all I am able to offer is tips to repair the block, I have attached our care and maintenance for additional help.

I could recommend sanding the unit and applying wood glue and clamping the unit allowing the glue to dry before removing clamps. After drying you will want to sand the unit again to remove any excess glue.

As for maintenance on the board we recommend oiling our units once every three to four weeks on all sides and edges with our Boos Mystery Oil or a Food Grade Mineral Oil as the oil moisturizes the board and then if you wish to use the cream you will follow the same process.

If you have any more questions please let me know"

300 is allot for a cutting board and I would assume that a high end product like this would be backed. Also they wasted my time as I told them up front I had the board for 2 years. After snapping all kinds of pix and interacting with them several times thinking they would back their product they simply told me I was out of warranty. I'm very disappointed and would not purchase from them again.

The team at Simple Vision was great. I have a 12 year old house with 12 year old networking/wiring. When I ordered gigablast from Cox, not only did I not get that speed but I didn't even get the previous 200mb or so...SV was able to sort out the issues, get all my wireless access points working great and redistributed in better locations in the house, organized the home run in my master closet that was a complete disaster before, and got my speakers working outside. The prior company told me I needed a $600 router (which I didn't) and that my speaker outside was bad and wanted to sell me new ones...It wasn't...It just needed to be re-terminated and now works great! They were timely, polite and offered a fair price. Highly recommend!

Ran a small display ad in the education section for my school for several weeks. Not one call. Was upcharged when we canceled. Expensive lesson.
