Worst coffee shop in North Texas. It tasted like water with a chemical after taste. Maybe it was because we came when it was buy one get one and they didn't want to waste money on almond milk or espresso. My wife loves real coffee and this was such a disappointment. We both left $7 in the trash.
I THOUGHT this company was my dream come true but.......
I've learned that Mike will cut corners if need be. I hired this company to do work on a few of my properties. I do not go out and check the work as I expect it will be done and its for rental properties and I'm not always available.
Mike installed a garage door opener in 2016, yes 2016. It has worked well BUT it was installed using straps instead of angle iron. Confused? Yeah well us normal folk don't always know what the pros know. Strapping is the cheesy way to install the opener and will break years down the road. Mine broke.
I called kim and asked her what work they had done on that rental as I have multiple properties. She said they installed the garage door opener and gave me a date of install. She said they are booked up till the end of December and that she would get back to me. I get a text.this morning that it will be an $85.00 charge!!!! When I balked about it she recanted her story and said she didnt say they installed it. She actually was raising her voice to me over the phone because I questioned their integrity. Who raises their voice at the customer? Who doesn't stand behind their work? This is what it comes down to? Wow

I have repeatedly informed Jerry over the phone and by text that we did not install this opener. Bottom line is that we did not install this opener. Thank you! Kim

I had a bad experience here back on 2012 and ended up buying a new truck in Grapevine BUT I don't hold grudges so I thought I would give these people another chance.
I was immediately disappointed with the trade in appraisal since I had estimates by other dealers that were all within 200 of each other..... this dealership offered 4000.00 less than everyone else so I kindly let the salesman know that our negotiations were done. I got a call back later by the sales manager and he asked where we needed to be to make a deal. I knew my numbers and he agreed. Went in to make it happen and it went ok.... nice people. While filling out the financial app. I inquired about 0% financing but the salesman told me twice that it's actually a program for "not so strong" credit and that I would lose many rebates negating the benefit of 0%. Hmmm.
So finance time, good professional guy. Asked about 0% and again... not for people like me plus lose rebates.
This is actually incorrect. I made contact with the finance company and the rep said they just buy the paper and that I would have qualified for the 0% because it is for well qualified buyers.
One sidenote. The truck I bought was involved in an accident by a customer. I asked the sales lady how much damage. She said SPECIFICALLY bumper only.....it was actually the bumper and a whole fender. Maybe she didn't know but then again I would expect one NOT to speak without first investigating.
Moral of the story: know what your trade is worth by going to 3 dealers....they use the same black book. Know about ALL rebates available, this dealer won't tell you and know that 0% financing is for well qualified, not low scoring folks.
These people are price gouging. 95 bucks for a service fee even when fuel prices are at 1.79
They will quickly overcharge on the parts as well so your bill ends up averaging 350 to 400 bucks. Americans stealing you blindly.

Hello Jerry, we are disappointed to hear that you weren't happy with our prices. We believe that we offer fair/competitive prices, but we understand that everyone won't see eye to eye with us. Thank you for sharing your feedback, Valerie.
It's nothing but a company that sells a timeshare and the maintenance fees are very high. It's also VERY HIGH PRESSURE and most people cave in and regret after buying this.
