Apr 30, 2021This review is entirely pointed at the Springfield Service Center and apparently Tesla's overall customer service culture, or lack thereof. I have been dealing with a known defect on my car for close to 3 years now that Tesla refuses to fix. It is shocking that they care so little about their customers. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS CENTER AS THEY WILL NOT TREAT YOU WITH THE RESPECT YOU WOULD EXPECT! Apparently once you have bought the car they no longer care to stand behind it. Beware!

Aug 6, 2020Not sure whats going on here but customer service is obviously not very high on their list. Stayed for one night, waited +45 minutes on line just to reach check-in, was told room not ready (4 hours after supposed check-in time). Later would not supply a plastic fork unless I paid $10! Main Pool was closed and limited entry for other pool (another hour wait). Will not be returning. Go to the Borgata.

Ordered Aguila SuperExtra 22 5000 rounds. So so far at least half the case of ammo is unusable (failure to fire), clearly defective ammo.
Reached out to them multiple times without any response! All I can say is think twice before you buy from these guys.

Worst Company Ever
I terminated my services with DS Services after they failed to deliver their product time and time again while they continued to charge me for rentals, fees and water that I never received. (Took them close to two months to pickup their equipment).
I called and spoke with DS Services multiple times about the mistaken remaining balance and was told multiple time that it would be corrected. I most recently spoke with an agent who assured me my balance WAS ZERO.
But it was not over.
I was shocked when I received a letter from collections! I called DS Services once more today and was told by the agent that they cant comment on my account.
