In a nutshell, I had been out of state for a little over a year on family emergency issues. I would get discouraged and she would hug me and tell me not to worry. I would pop into the office without an appointment and everyone would greet me and ask how I was doing. It seemed like forever, but one day Kat showed me this glorious house and she could tell I loved it because I was smiling ear to ear.
