      I reserved a midsize car for 5 days. Upon arrival, they provided me with a Camry. The seats were disgustingly stained in the back. The car itself was quite dinged and scratched. Weird stuff with my credit card--check your statements. I guess they provided me with a vehicle and I paid them. No more. No less. I wouldn't use them again.

      I stayed in the main building across from the ocean. The room was small but perfect for me. No more than two people. The full kitchen was an added benefit even though I didn't use it. It's a great option to have. The little table and chairs outside the door were nice to sit and people watch in the evenings. Complimentary breakfast is quite good for what it is. I didn't need much assistance from the staff but they were all pleasant and helpful. My room and the rest of the facility were clean. I really liked staying here. My only bit of advice is to make sure to keep a first aid kit stocked! Overall happy with my visit and will come back.

      Poorly trained staff..no one ever seems to know what they are doing. Different policies apply on different days. Very slow. I would never trust my personal money to this bank.

      My main issue was the staff. After voicing a complaint, I witnessed the hostess and a young man whispering about me. Another woman came to the hostess desk and they kept talking about me. How incredibly unprofessional. The food during the Sunday brunch was very overpriced. I didn't bother speaking with management as the earlier reviews indicate they are just as bad. My advice: accept credit or cash for anything (why on earth would a business turn down money?), provide a better product, and don't gossip about customers who are paying your wage.

      I would love to rate this Cousins higher because it's close to home, clean and fairly quick. BUT, after tonight, I will not be returning. Every time I go in they seem to have one bowl of broccoli soup left. For my two kids. Every. Single. Time. We go in when they have 3-4 hours of business, and I seems silly to lose sales because "that's what the AM person set me up with". Poor management.
