Went here with friends for a Sunday Brunch and was a little surprised at the limited food choices as its just more of a breakfast menu but the food was really good. It was also not very crowded when I went but I have heard it can be quite full on Sundays. But I had the pancakes, bacon, eggs, and cheese grits along with a couple of very good mimosas. So overall the food and atmosphere was good and will definitely come back but for the dinner next time.
I have been going to Nalley Acura for years to service my current TL and my previous CL, overall I have always had the absolute best customer service experience. Lately I have been in there quite a bit for overdue maintenance and repairs, David and Ed have been absolutely the best.
Me and a couple friends made reservations here for dinner on New Years Eve and I was very disappointed. The food was good but the service was not good at all, just really slow. We were seated right away without issue, got our drinks and salads quickly. After this our waiter was barely existent. We had to flag him down to ask if we were going to get any bread while we wait. And after that we had to track him down several more times to inquire about it then we finally got it. So we decided okay while we have him lets just go ahead and put all our entree orders in. Once we ordered our entree's, we waited 45+ minutes before the first entree arrived and I only ordered 2 sides with a slice of cake. It was really ashame that during our wait, the waiter only came by one time. He said he was going to check on our food but we did not see him again for another 20 minutes when the food finally started coming out. He then told us that the hold up was with the kitchen but honestly on a night like this the service should have been faster and much better. This was my first time and last time coming here. I was just sooo disappointed.

Hello Ms. Denise S. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your New Years Eve experience and I am so sorry about the delay with your meals. That is certainly longer than it should have taken. Your server should also have come by to let you know about the delay and asked if there was anything we could do or bring to make your wait more comfortable.
We did have an emergency with one of our kitchen team members during service that evening which caused the delay at that time. While there is no excuse for your experience, I did want you to know that the extraordinary circumstances that evening caused a delay for your meals as well as other patrons during that time and this is not normal for our restaurant. Again, please accept our humble apology for the delays and service lapses.

Nice little place. I have been here several times and I really like this place. Make sure you get here early and I would recommend to definitely get a table, if you can. But great atmosphere and always good entertainment with anything going on here such as art, music, poetry, etc... The food is pretty decent but I have only had a few simple things on the menu. Going back real soon ..
Me and some friends decided to do a girls night out here. We had reservations so we were seated promptly but that unfortunately was the best of the night. To sum it up, the service was slow, all menu items were not available and the food we did order was not that good. My thing is if there are certain items not available on specific nights then that needs to be noted on the menu or have different menus for different nights.
