I was excited when I saw the pastrami pizza option, Bartender is exceptional owner missed the point when I sat outside for my Uber 8 minutes prior to official close with others still inside local bar hope they do well hate to see them fail. I might go again we'll see how they react to this post if at all.

I am very particular about my barber. I moved to DC from California and was sad to leave my hometown barber. Rightfully so cuts in DC are expensive AF. I have family I visit once in a while in Charlottesville and I've been to this barber twice now. This place has given me cuts better than alny in DC for half as much. I plan on making this a regular trip for family and hair. Might give you an idea as to how particular I am. The 5 star due to the atmosphere I enjoy a good conversation with my cut.

Their Cars are much older and their rates were 15 dollars more a day than enterprise. I was stuck renting from them when all other agencies were out of rental vehicles. When I arrived they were very helpful got a weekly rate of 199.95. Their hours are very inconvenient for returns they close @ 5 on weekdays and 2 on Saturday and 12 on Sundays and no afterhours drop. When I was charged 43.65 for one extra day I mentioned the price point was outside of what they offer I was told you signed the contract. Don't make the mistake I did don't sign the contract. I will avoid this compay in the future I suggest doin the same.

If I could give this place a zero I would. My wife and I found this place through a car buying service our bank, USAA, provides. We found a car we liked and spoke to a salesman on the phone. We let him know we were on our way to see the car, explaining that we live about an hour and a half away. The salesman said he would be waiting for us. When we arrived the car we came to see was filthy. There were crumbs and trash on the floor and in the cup holders, as well as a bad smell. My fingers were sticky from touching the knobs and interior of the car. This was very disheartening. The salesman agreed to give us a discount and in the end we decided to buy the car.
We had already secured financing through USAA and provided a guaranteed bank funding document. The salesman informed us that even though we had guaranteed funding, they would also have to run our credit and set up a "back up contract" with an APR two points above what our bank had approved us for. At this time we had our bank on the phone and were advised that a guaranteed funding contract exists between our bank and this dealership and that the "back up contract" process is predatory and against the rules of the contract.

When we questioned the reason for the "back up" loan, the salesman stated it was only in case the funding didnt clear. The problem is once you sign the "back up contract," the borrower is powerless as to how the dealership funds the purchase. Basically the dealership funds a loan at the higher rate and collects bonuses at the customers expense. Since we would be obtaining a loan through the dealership, we would then have to refinance with our bank in order to obtain the lower APR.
We explained to the salesman that we did not want to complete a "back up" loan. Our bank representative offered to speak with the finance manager and also sent an additional letter guaranteeing the funding. We asked to speak to the finance manager. The finance manager refused to talk to us or our bank and we were told to "take it or leave it."
Our bank representative advised that a complaint would be filed against this dealership and they would be at risk of losing their contract with USAA. We advised the dealership of this and were told that it was highly unlikely they would lose the contract with USAA since they "do it all the time." Of course we ended up leaving without buying our car.
This dealership is unprofessional and their practices are questionable. We filed a complaint through the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB). If this sounds familiar, you can also file a complaint at www.consumerfinance.com
