Had to try this Austin staple. It's not quite what I expected. A lot of theaters have caught on to this concept and now this feels a little dated. I think some sprucing of the seats, counters and bathrooms are in order.

The service was great though. They explain the process to first timers. They come around to make sure you have everything you need.

I enjoyed the movie we saw a lot. I'm going to date this post by saying it we saw Black Panther. Can't wait for someone to read this in a few years and realize this post is really old.

When you miss the memo that Frank & Steins is gone and a new place is there. Total Yelp fail.

I loved this place. 40+ beers on tap. Pizza, sandwiches, or poke bowls. So many options. I got a sandwich - an adult grilled cheese sandwich. It had apples, bacon and tomatoes on it.

Sit down at a community table or find a quieter spot upstairs. Welcome to the neighborhood, Market on Magnolia, even if I didn't know you were here.

What a charming little retro diner-y place. We ended up here when someone in our group said they wanted shrimp & grits for dinner.

I loved the decor immediately. The wallpaper is fantastic. They have a giant light clock on the back wall. While I didn't visit the restroom, someone told me after it was worth it.

We ordered the fried pickle appetizers. I'm not a fan of pickles but with enough batter and dipping sauce on these and turns out I will eat a pickle.

For my entree, I had the chicken tender salad. Pro tip: save the fried pickle dipping sauce for this. (PS. I think the dipping sauce is just ranch dressing but it sound more fun with it's an unnamed dipping sauce).

They have a full bar, inside and outside seating, and a great staff.

Oh my donuts! My inner fat kid was so happy here. Beer, donuts and ice cream, all in one place.

I got a chocolate frosted donated with brownie bites on it and added a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Everything about it was great. The donut was warm and the ice cream was the perfect companion.

They have a full bar and speciality cocktails.

I'm not so sure about the ownership rights of the images on the menus though...
