30 days before the move, Castle Labor stated $220. The DAY BEFORE the move, Castle Labor bumped up the price from $220 to $550. Knowing I was a single father with a toddler, they assumed I would pay any price or I would be screwed. I would have dumped all my belongings into a trash dump before being taken advantage of. Luckily I found another mover who stepped up and did the job for half the price. BEWARE!!

After an initial mover "Castle Labor" bumped up the price from $220 to $550 the day before the move, I was in in deep sh%**. Being a single father with a toddler, I was in panic mode. Neil calmed my nerves and showed up the next day. Before any type of service, SIMPLY ask what will be the complete total, money handed over at the end of the day, that will fix a lot of issues. I provided ALL the details about the move, didn't surprise Neil with extra services, or additional bulky items that needed to be move, and there were no surprise fees. We agreed on a price, I confirmed this was the "total price" and Neil honored the price. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend American Pro Movers. Great people, very helpful, and finished the job!!

I don't like leaving bad reviews and rarely do, but this apartment needs to be shut down!! I had 3 scorpions within one year and management would NOT give me a door sweep. I filled out the request and was ignored.

Hidden fees!! Add $200 - $250 on top of what they advertise. They force YOU to pay for a tech package, which is $100 + water, garbage, and all these other BS monthly fees add another $100 - $150 to your bill.

The Bucket. I noticed one day my floor was soaked and realized it was the runoff from the water heater. I requested maintenance, and 5 days later, the maintenance person stated to put a bucket, which I already did, and empty the water when it was filled WTF - I had to empty the bucket once a day for the remaining 9 months.

BS Move Out Fees: I left the apartment better then when I moved into the apartment. I don't smoke, burn incense or splatter anything on the walls. They charged me $400 to repaint the entire unit. I wasn't paying month to month and they charged me a month to month move out fee + other BS fees totally $1000.

Homeless People: Homeless people sleep all over the property, dig threw the trash bins all the time, do drugs, and break into cars.

DON'T MOVE INTO THIS PROPERTY!!

I would hire again!! The two movers arrived early, had smiles, were polite, and offered if I needed any additional help with anything. I only had 6 items moved "Computer Desk, Couch, TV Stand, 2 Recliners, and 60" TV" and the price with moving truck was $310. Yes it was a little on the higher side, BUT it was last minute. I would definitely use there services again.
