Wow!! What ia terrible place! The food sucks, the drinks are way too expensive for what you get and the service is really, really slow! What a perfect combination. I might add it would be nice if they cleaned it every now and again. I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like.

If you don't take walk-in's, just say so. I went in and asked if they could take me. They said it would be about 45 minutes so I told them I would wait. 45 minutes later a chair opened up and they took some kid who had arrived way after I got there. Such terrible service!!!!

For the money we paid, very disappointing. No 24 hour room service, which is a big turnoff for me, the main restaurant is only open for breakfast otherwise you have to eat in the lounge, which has good food but a very limited menu. The outdoor 46 terrace is only open 4 nights a week. Nice hotel but next time I'm in Manhattan, I'll stay somewhere else.

Plain and simple, really great food!! My wife had the rack of lamb and risotto, which she absolutely loved, and I had the Spaghetti Bolognese, which was extraordinary. The meat sauce was made with veal which made it even better and I added a side of sweet Italian sausage so I was in heaven. So good we went back the very next day and had the very same thing.
