I don't typically do not write reviews unless the service is perfect. I called Golden Mobile Grooming to provide a full groom for my 12 year old diabetic Cavapoo Prince. I also needed a full bath service for my 11 year old Maltese Dragon. Due to the current dog RSV going around, I did not want to take the dogs to their non-mobile grooming place. Golden Grooming arrived on time. Giuesppe the groomer took gentle care with Prince. He asked me questions to be sure Prince was appropriately groomed. Prince had been hospitalized and his fur was shaved in some places. When Prince was finished, I was pleasantly surprised on the perfect grooming done. The shaved areas were nicely blended in with Prince's new haircut. Dragon was very well treated too. His full bath make him look perfectly white, clean, and cute. I would highly recommend Golden Mobile Grooming and Giuesppe hands down... I will surely use this family owned company again. Do not hesitate... The dogs love the toys and scarfs Giuesppe gave them. "Thank you!"
This theatre may look nice upon entrance. However, the food service is terrible. There is an app to place the food/drink order and a server will bring it to your seat. We placed our order and waited... Our order did not arrive... We were charged $73.00 So, I went to speak to the manager (missing the movie), and there was no manager to be found outside a man serving a very long line of customers waiting ... (I did not wait) Finally, 3/4 into the film, our order arrives minus the drinks. My nachos were missing an item. So, I asked the server about it. He rudely replied, "if we had it, we would have brought it." Furthermore, I went to see if I could locate the food item. Yes, the kitchen had it... At the end of the day, do NOT go to this theater if you want a nice experience. The place is mismanaged and rude!
Do NOT waste your money at Just Salad Brickell. I was excited to try this place. However, I was greatly disappointed. There was literally 2-3 very small pieces of protein/chicken (did not taste fresh) and a large bowl of iceberg lettuce. One would expect by paying $14.00 for a salad that there would be an appropriate amount of fresh chicken and some veggies outside of a tablespoon of canned corn. Really disgusting. If you want a fresh and generous salad go to Sergios... Trust me!

Do NOT go there. I have been a faithful ME member at Brickell for years so has my husband. The spa used to be really nice. However, the management and customer service is disorganized and horrible. I booked a 80 minute massage two weeks ago. (12:00 to 1:30) I arrived right before 12:00. I was told my massage was at 12:30. I was positive it was at 12:00. My therapist was on a break at 12:00. I entered the room and the therapist tells me we only have 50 minutes. I booked an 80 minute massage. The manager comes in and informs me that he called me in the morning and changed the time. (No message left) His excuse was the therapist was working too many hours. (They booked my appointment 2 weeks ago) Also, after much back and forth about it, I agreed to 50 minutes. The manager tells the therapist to do the full 50 minutes. He walks out. The therapist tells me to get dressed because she could not do a full 50 minute massage... WTH is this about... I serious would NOT go to the Brickell location. The therapists do not speak English, the place is disorganized, the front desk dirty. Not a good place to be. I am calling the owner as his S. Miami location is perfectly clean and run well. I am also reporting this to corporate.

We are really happy to have found D'Luxe Dog. They are a new pet groomer in Miami. However, they go the extra mile. We have had some bad groomer experiences. Luckily, we found this spot. Prince and Max look really beautiful, the groomer Sharon is great, and the place is super cute. My Prince and Max love their new dog spa! (Good prices too)
