Bad customer service. Online and in store says they close 9:30pm. I ordered for pick-up and when I got there two minutes before my pick-up time...the doors were locked yet I seen other customers before me picking up their orders. I see all the associates working. I was staring to see if one sees me. A few minutes later, one of the other associates had seen me and hand signaled me to "go around". I'm guessing to go through the drive thru. And I'm here pissed because he could have just handed me my order. I ordered for pick-up...at least bring my food to my car or at least meet halfway. I even called their phone before hand but it seems like they left it on hold...and you hear the busy tone...how convenient

Awkward environment. You don't feel welcomed here. The customer service is so bad. On top of that one of the workers could have helped us with a scissor because we took so long taping up our packages. The cutter on their mini tape wasn't working properly. The associate just kept staring.

Their fruit cake is so bomb. I love how it's not too sweet that my elders can enjoy it. Customer service was awesome, felt welcomed in and out. I've purchased from them before and also my fam. I can't wait ti return and purchase pastries....they had a variety.

I hope this place stays here forever!


Atmosphere: very family friendly. they have cute hot air balloons on the ceiling, spacious and clean.


Food: Great portion! A hefty plate is enough for two people, I'm telling you. I'm going to come back here to try out the other plates....
