We have tried MANY birrierria spots in the IE and nothing compares to this spot! The food is exceptional and the customer service is great (usually from the older gentleman) there is a younger gentleman who has given us some pushback when asking for extras.

Great food and great service! My husband and I love coming here frequently, Michelle is usually our server and she's amazing! We always recommend this location to family and friends.

Lines too long!
I went during my 30 min lunch break, grabbed one item and waited in a line with 9 customers ahead of me and only one cashier. After 6 mins of waiting, only 2 customers were attended. I knew I would not have time to eat my lunch if I waited in line. I asked security if I can place my item on hold and he said yes but for only 1 hour! I work in the same shopping center, I can't come back in 1 hour! I have to wait 4 hours. When did the rule change for placing items on hold?

We were looking forward to having this local Wingstop as we would only order when visiting my parents as they have a local Wingstop. We just had it last week at another location. We purchased as usual a side sauce of Louisiana Rub and we received it watery. We mentioned it to one of the workers and apparently that is "how it's made now". So the recipe changed after a week? So much for having a local Wingstop! Won't be going anymore.
