Something delicious for the entire family. My little guy at 4 to my 16 year old ate their entire meal as did my wife and I. When a place can make good rice and beans you have a good chance of having good platters, which they did. A little bit of a wait but worth it. The patio seating was perfect the time we went and the service was also good. very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you Casa de Ramos!!

I've been a loyal customer to a well known "certified" place a half mile down the street for years! But they are under "news management" and developed poor customer service so I had to look elsewhere for servicing my vehicles. I checked out Sam's reviews and decided to check out. Junior helped me out right of way, reasonable pricing and I felt like I was dealt with fairly. This is very important to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I look forward to coming back many times!

"Under new management" I've been told to explain the twenty bucks extra they increased their prices for oil changes. Been coming for years and had a trust with them but now the past couple of visits have broken all that. Four cars, many rounds of tires, struts, brakes, you name it I used to get it done here. I would recommend people to them for their service. I came back a second time to give them the benefit of doubt but Jake's attitude was "under new management" not even addressing that I've been with then for years and felt broadsided. What bugs more than anything is the lack of consideration the new management had to not notify their loyal customers of their changes in pricing. Went to a well recommended family owned shop down the street, hands down better customer service and didn't feel like I was being reamed. I am very disappointed and unfortunately will never be back again.
