Touch Photography Studio was our one-stop shop for all of our wedding needs. We rented our wedding dress and tuxedo from them. Jessie did my make-up, our hair, our fittings, and everything else. Frank was our photographer. We were very satisfied with everything they did for us. That's why we went back to have our passport photo taken by Frank. Last but not least, Jessie is also the best hairdresser we have ever had. We get our haircut regularly at their place. We just love them.

Days ago we saw they allow customer on the "cake only" line to purchase bakery along with their cake purchase. So we thought we could pay our bread along with the cake purchase at the "cake only" line. This time the cashier yelled across the room (she was serving a customer and we were next in line) that we need to go over to the regular line to pay for the bread (there was barely any customer on any line at this time). We told her we were buying cake too (that's why we were in the "cake only" line just to make sure we follow the sign), but she kept repeating "go over there for bread purchase" numerous times (and yet she didn't say that we could also pay our cake on the regular line). Since we thought we had to wait on 2 separate lines for bread and cake), we had complained this to the store manager and all he said was that was their company policy and said it was a miscommunication between cashier and us. The fact was that neither the "regular line" sign nor the cashier had told us where to go was not addressed by the store manager. The cashier was sure rude and could care less. The manager's attitude was also terrible. Never coming back.
