      Overall a disappointing experience, in both customer service and actual data recovery. In terms of the service, when speaking to reps they were respectful and tried to help. Problem is the very poor follow up - I was told issue would be responded to that weren't, despite numerous calls from me. Regarding recovery, I was told there was 100% recovery of lost data, when in reality only 60-70% of the data was recovered.
      This is an expensive service, and though I did get something for the money, it was not what was expected based on conversations with reps. After months, 3 months or so, I've still not gotten follow up from customer service, even though each time I call in they assure me someone will be following up with me.
      If they'd said, "We can only recover 60-70% of the data", or "Sorry, we are unable to help further" I'd at least have appropriate expectations.

      My wife and I have been working with Christine for 2 years now. We've gotten A LOT of support in our budgeting and thinking about our money: how we spend it, how to plan ahead, and thinking about investment opportunities.       This is a delightful cafe. The food, the ambience, and the coffee all a surprising treat. Sure beats the Starbucks across the street!

      I am new to the area and was looking for a reliable and competent shop to bring my Mazda to. I had a great experience at Westcoast Auto Repairs, and wanted to share.
      The issue was a noisy front end during acceleration and breaking. I'd been the dealership and the issue wasn't resolved. The folks at this shop spent the time needed to correctly diagnose the issue, which wasn't at all apparent. The dealership should have caught it be but didn't. Instead of getting me to pay them to fix it, the owner at Westcoast suggested I take it back to the dealership with the correct diagnosis, and see if they would take care of it at no charge - since it should have been caught the first time. Sure enough! Morrey Mazda took good care of me and fixed the issue at no charge and great follow up service.
      But the folks at Westcoast deserve a proper Yelping for the great work they did. Thank you!

      I highly recommend Abby for website development and online support. She's very good at what she does creatively and technically, and working with her is a pleasure. I've had my last two websites built by Abby, and I am very grateful for the support and insight she's offered along the way. As others here have said it: "Abby is THE BEST!"
