Thank you for your review. We’re glad you had a great experience and hope to see you again soon!
Called them after seeing their reviews on yelp. Our garage door got stuck. Mario came very promptly and determined that the garage door opener was barely holding on as it appeared to be messed with or installed with only hand tightening the screws and we were lucky to avoid a disaster. Our heavy door could have easily came crashing down when opened. He did an excellent job and I he was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this service. The price was higher than expected but for my situation it was well worth it.
Also found out that our garage door model has known issues and it was upgraded after Covid to fix these issues. Very thankful for these guys and Mario.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review Dorothy! I'm so glad to hear that Mario did an excellent job in assisting you with your garage door opener. We value your feedback and appreciate your time and business. I hope you have a great weekend!
Wow, I can only speak from experience and they refused to let me move into my vacant house and rented without my permission including pets without my permission- beware of this company- use at your own. There is definitely something fishy going on with this company who seems to have conflicts of interests with their multiple companies overlapping.
Not bad, but they certainly could pay more attention to detail. Nothing like the right hand not telling the left hand what it's doing. I find that I run into lots of "we didn't " knows when it's clearly in the contract. I guess when the bottom line hits the customer it's not that big of a deal. Staff is friendly and they seem to try to be helpful.
A good rule of thumb is to get a couple of estimates- they typically only get 1, which is the owners company.
I wish that I could leave a zero stars because this location is absolutely crazy. Every time I go here I get overcharged I have to go back to get my money back and I'm not the only person everyone complains about that. Homeless people are always in the parking lot and panhandlers are their constantly they decided to put locks on the cart so when you draw when you go to your car, your cart locks up And it usually happens before you get to your carts Littered in the parking lot and spaces where you can't drive into I don't know who that was. They should've made the perimeter further than what they did. I don't know how anyone can go there and buy all the groceries. Their prices are astronomical.
However, there are a few very nice people that work there, but that hardly compensates for the way that the prices are and the way you get overcharged all the time .
This has to be one of the poorest managed Safeway's ever. The cashiers and staff are always lost, have no clue on items or the store. Prices are always wrong and they constantly overcharge. The produce is dried out and not fresh. The customer service center is full of attitudes. They don't care about customer service or safety. Smash and grabs, homeless, panhandlers, violence in the store. They need to close this store and put something with good people, good product and safety. Luckily, there is a Costco across the street as that's where I shop now.
