Great new restaurant. Authentic Syrian food: shawarma, kebob, falafel, grilled chicken. Very nice people too! The owner is extremely nice and welcoming.

Hello Sean,
Thank you! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your experience. Hope to see you again soon!
Robert from Safe Cali arrived (the guy with a beard or goatee), he was 15 minutes late for the 2 hour appointment window.
He looked at the clogged kitch sink, scrooped water around, and claim the clog is pretty deep. And then he claims that he cannot use an electric snake. He needs to cut open the pipes under the sink, and use whatever the new pipes mentioned. "it will not covered by American Home Shield, and it costs 2300 dollars."
Thank you, but no. I called someone on Craigslist, and he unclogged the sink by disconnecting the pipes and running a snake. It was 20 minutes and $120.
This company is a total rip-off, I wish it die soon.
I do not plan to return to this office. Today we took our cat for her annual check up, and was quoted $528.15 for a EDD Senior blood panel+urine test. In 11/2021, it was $289.6 (which we have a receipt). Our cat does have a high glucose level in the 2021 visit but we ruled out diabetes since she has no signs of any symptoms. In the meantime, physical checkup (consultation) goes up to $107.85 (how nice not to quote $108 straight) from $85, and Rabies vaccine goes up to $70.05 (how nice to have the $0.05) from $52.
Also, we were quoted toothpaste and flea controls ($18 and $143.55), which were not on the 2021 bill.
So our quote basically goes up 3 times compared to our 2021 billl; we declined all the tests and goods, then we were quoted another $270 for a kidney test and urine.
Everyone needs to eat, we get it, but let's not be greedy by jacking up the price of everything by 25-80%. We don't grow money. Soon we won't be able to afford a vet, guess they will also go out of business? Before then, just go up as much as you like to quote the pet owners because we love our pets.

Sean, it's upsetting to hear that you do not intend to return and that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. We'd like to speak with you about your concerns, and ask that you please email our hospital manager at reviews.vcaclarmar@vca.com. Thank you.
No longer a place I can afford to go: $15 burrito anyone? Any the fajitas is basically tasteless (for $20+). Very basic food, good-size portions, but the price level now makes it not legit to be called a neighborhood food place.
I wish they would open for dine in again. I ordered pad Thai with chicken and papaya salad to go. Both are decent portion sizes, and the flavors are good. The owner's son was eating a big plate of French fries. Seriously? In Thai restaurant? Of course shrimp crackers! jokes aside, I wish them well and continue having good business.
