Going to keep this one simple and to the point!

Emailed CloneMyKey the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and got in touch with Bryan. I told him I moved in to a new apartment with Rosslare Key Fobs and I needed 2 extra ones. (one as a backup one). I sent 3 photos of my fob. Within an hour I got a response that my key was copyable. Bryan mentioned no one would be in the office on Wednesday for the holiday but will try to get my order done and out Wednesday morning. Well, Saturday morning I had my keys! Not only that, I asked if they could send no logo keys and even though it said out of stock, they still sent them!

I can't recommend this company enough. I suggest to get the sticker. it is great to have on the back of the phone!

      Thank you Bryan and CloneMyKey!

If you're looking this place up you probably are new to NYC/Queens or are young and are now looking for spots to go out to. Why do I say that? Because, everyone knows about this spot!

Big sports fan? Inside they got a ton of TVs. Outside, yes, outside, they got two CitiField type screens plus smaller TVs all around.

Single? Every type of person comes here, singles, couple's, groups,

Fun? They have the quiet clubbing here every other Friday. They have big name acts pass through and perform (DMX, Fabalous, Lox, DJ Camilo)

Good beer, although, kinda sad they stopped carrying Sam Adams Cherry Wheat.

      $18 pitcher of beer.

And decent happy hour for sangria and beer.

Overall it's a fun spot for all ages. I've seen older people and young 20 something year olds. So it's a nice blend.

Just avoid it during a big PPV event as they always charge. Boxing, UFC, World Cup, etc.

Trust me. You'll be fine here! Go get a pitcher with your boys/girls and have fun.

Or go with bae and chill out and drink some brew and smoke hookah and you'll be smooth! ;-)

    • Diners

      Kingsbridge, Bronx

      Jun 13, 2018

So I had to go to the Bronx after a strenuous work out at the gym. So at the request of a friend decided to go to this diner. Now mind you I am spoiled with the diners in Queens, so this was going to have to be above average to make me happy.

All that in mind, let's cut straight to it. Came on a Sunday afternoon and it was moderately full. Saw some plates and they looked decent enough, so my hopes were up.

Maybe I am used to big menus over in Queens, but the menu here was lacking and it's choices left a lot to be desired.

After about 10 mins of looking for something appealing to magically appear, I asked the server if he had grilled chicken breast. He points out a sandwich off the menu, then again a wrap. So after explaining a chicken breast meal. He suggested a salad with a slice of chicken on top. "Ok, sounds simple enough!" My friend ordered the chicken wrap with fries.

If I told you the best part of our meals was her pickle, you wouldn't believe me.

The food was bland. The lettuce brown. Just not good food.

This was a once and never again thing because I'll never eat at a diner in the Bronx again. Or at least not here. Definitely not a good diner.

    • Grocery, Convenience Stores

      South Williamsburg, Brooklyn

So this is your local bodega in the hood that is spruced up for the unfortunate results of gentrification. Mohammad has been here for over 13 years that I can remember. I think he actually got the store in the early 2000s.

Anyway, it has your basic chips, juices, blah blah blah. All the stuff that a classic NYC Bodega would have. Including a grill and that they use to make breakfast (classic eggs on a roll stuff) plus they make heros, wraps, etc. All with Boar's Head meats and cheeses.

They have organic stuff there too for our tight jean wearing friends in the neighbors, but nothing too bougie. So those hipsters thinking this is Whole Foods will be saddened to not see crazy organics there.

It is legitimately the only bodega on B'Way until Marcy or Lorimer going the other way, but, it does its purpose well.

Get breakfast or a sandwich at any time, and no walk up window, a nice clean looking place, that isa bit pricey, but serves the purpose. What more can one ask for of a bodega!

    • Diners

      Jackson Heights, Jackson Heights

So, I'll make this simple. There are a lot of diners in Queens. This is the best one I have been to! Court Square is OK but has fallen off a lot lately, Nevada was and still is horrible. Georgia Diner is super expensive and is a shell of its great self back in the 90s early 2000s. And if you go there, I will tell you why Jax Inn is better. Out of laziness I went to Georgia because it was close to us after going to the mall. I ordered a chicken wrap. This is something that me and the misses have done at Jax Inn numerous times.

What they brought out looked like it was put together in the last 2 mins of out 15 min wait.

When you go to a place, and you hold THAT place to the standards of another place you went to, the other place is definitely the gold standard.

Can I live without the 50s music mixed with Michael Buble, yes, but their food is good quality. The service is good, and probably the best around. And that is a long list of diners in Queens.

When you see FAMILIES coming in on for their Sunday diner there, thats how you know its a legit spot!

California Wrap is legit, the Meatloaf is good too!

Trust me! This is a legit spot.
