I am very disappointed with this business. I dropped my vehicle off for a service and as I returned to the business, I saw employees searching through my vehicle and going through my personal belongings without my permission. I am very disappointed!! This is very upsetting and disrespectful. This was my first time at Trinity Auto Haus in China Spring, Tx and it will be my last. Initially, I had brought my car in for a flat tire around 12:40pm. As a read on the door "lunch hours were from 12p-1p." Respectfully, I parked my car, locked my doors, and waited to return to the business until it opened from lunch. I returned to the business at 1:05p, thinking that I gave employees enough time to return from lunch. As I am driving up, I see from the road a lady going through my car with my doors open and the hood of my car is up. I instantly hit the panic button on my keys letting them know that "this is my car and that I see you going through my car without my permission." As I approach the business I asked the lady "ma'am what are you doing and why are you going through my car? How did you even get my doors unlocked?" Her response was that "my car was parked at the shop and that usually when someone leaves a car, they normally leave a phone number or an extra set of keys." I then begin to ask, "so that gives you the right to unlock my doors and go through my car without my permission? I told her that the business lunch hours were from 12p-1p, I returned at 1:05p. 5minutes after lunch hours to find someone going through my car, that is very disrespectful. If someone would've walked around my car, they would've seen that my car had a flat tire. She instantly told me to "get my car off of her property" without eve asking anything about what service that I needed at the time. I told her that I will gladly do so and I drove my car with a flat tire to the nearest store. I am very disappointed with this business and would advise anyone to choose another car service provider to go to. I felt that this was very unprofessional and disrespectful.

This is a beauty school with students who are learning. I did notice that there were a few students who lacked confidence. I waited over 2 hours for my service when there were chairs/stylist available. The cashier quoted that she "had a student that was available to do my hair after her 30min lunch break." I waited over 2 hours and the student never returned from lunch. I finally received my service from a very pleasant young lady who was willing to do my hair. She was very eager to learn and attentive to her instructor.

Great customer service! Food was fantastic and plenty to share. I will definitely return!!

Great kick-back Cajun food. Good food, great service, and very friendly environment. This place is definitely a go-to spot when in town!!
