I got a 2 yo Exotic Shorthair Persian from this breeder. She would not use the litter box and i found out a few weeks later she was riddled with ringworm! Run, don't walk away!!

I, unfortunately, had my very long hair trimmed at the Park/Tyronne Hair Cuttery store yesterday by Christina. It was my first time trying Hair Cuttery. I needed about 7 or 8" off which would have left my hair at waist length. I left the store with wet hair in a bun on top of my head. When I got home later and combed it out, I was horrified to see the mess I was left with. It is about 8 or 9 different lengths and totally destroyed (I have pictures ready to post and pass to my attorney!) I tried calling her but she had already left, so Jessica who answered the phone told me to come in and perhaps she could fix it. I went in and spoke with Jessica (who was VERY professional, btw) and both she and another stylist who was there saw the ragged mess my hair was, especially one piece at the front which was about 2" longer than any other piece. She offered to recut it, but I explained I would rather have someone I had previous experience with do it now, so she gave me a refund--minus the $5 tip! I later called the store before they closed to ask that they ensure the manager is told about my experience and at that time, the 2nd stylist suggested I come in this morning (Tues 17th) to have Jessica trim off the extra long front bit until I could get in to see someone elsewhere. So I went in this morning, and Christina was at the front desk with a smirk on her face and an obvious attitude. I told her she had butchered my hair and I was here to see Jessica. She was extremely hostile, far from apologetic and, in fact, downright rude to me, threatening to have me thrown out of the store when I confronted her about her rudeness. The team "leader", Travis came out from the back room at this point to see what was going on, and his attitude very much mirrored Christina's. I will be posting photos of the disastrous butcher job I am left with on all other review sites--it seems I cannot post any on here, and people really need to see this butcher job..it is almost indescribable! I have contacted the corporate office and am still waiting to hear back from them. My next step will be to contact a lawyer. This "stylist" should not be allowed to take scissors to anyone. BEWARE and avoid *this* particular Hair Cuttery. They obviously do not adhere to the company's policy of "making the customer happy".

I was just at an estate sale by this group. What a RUDE bunch of people, especially the older woman (Judy?) who took the money at the door and whose attitude is nothing short of obnoxious. Can we say cranky old witch? (Perhaps she is Susan's mother and that's where Susan gets her own attitude from?)

Besides the worst customer service I've EVER experienced at an estate sale, her prices were over the top ridiculous. She priced items as though it were a novelty shop on the beach. I was considering using an 'Estate Sale' company to help me empty out my home, but never in a million years will it be this one. There are many estate sale companies in the Tampa Bay area who really want to sell stuff on your behalf, so chose one that will help you get rid of stuff, not one who chases customers and their $$ away with a rude and condescending attitude.

What a bunch of rude, stuck up DIVAS working there, talking down to people!

Ladies, it's a consignment store you work at -- you're not 'By Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen'. You are in sleepy little St. Petersburg, not Rodeo Drive, and you're a small-time CONSIGNMENT store, not a high-end/high-rent enterprise..

Get over yourselves and show some respect to your customers, without whom you'd have no 'stuff' to REsell and no store or job either!
