Vitarelli's was the caterer for our wedding on July 9th, 2016 and we can say nothing but good things about them!

Christina was incredible - very responsive via email when it came to answering questions, and setting up tastings and meetings. She was even there the day of the wedding, setting things up, answering questions and taking care of last minute details (there was a wedding scheduled for the next day with the same last name and color scheme......thankfully, Christina was on top of figuring out which decorations went with our wedding!!!!).

I am vegan, so one of my biggest concerns was choosing a caterer that would be able to accommodate my diet and also my husband's desires for the menu. Christina and the chef worked together to create a menu that had a little bit of everything - and it was all delicious! We also got to meet with the baker, and he created a vegan version of his usual cake flavors (lemon-blueberry, and chocolate cocount) that was out of this world! The other desserts were not supposed to be vegan, but he surprised us that night with vegan cannoli!

Not only was the food amazing, but the service staff was also incredible! We were assigned a personal attendant, Louisa, and she was the best....I wish I could have her everyday! She made sure I always had a drink in my hand (I lost my wine pretty frequently), served our dinners, and made sure we had a plate of desserts on our table. The rest of the servers were very attentive to our guests and the bartenders were cheerful and efficient.

Lastly, the manager/maitre'd that night, Gary, was FANTASTIC! He made sure everything ran smoothly, organized our sparkler sendoff (thankfully, since I was bit a worried about that), and even ran out to grab another bottle of liquor that we had run out of! He joked around with guests, had a smile on his face the whole night, and just did a fantastic job making sure we had a great time.

We would highly recommend Catering by Vitarelli's for your big event. Thanks for making our night so special!

We had our wedding at the Camden County Boathouse on July 9th, 2016 and it was absolutely PERFECT!

My husband and I saw pictures of the Boathouse online after a recommendation from a friend, and we went to tour it.....it was the first and last venue we toured because we instantly fell in love with it! We loved the modern look of the outside, the view of the river, the beautiful deck off of the dining area, the ample parking (we were allowed to park in the business center across the street since it was a Saturday and it was closed).

We had considered holding the ceremony outside, but we chose to go with an indoor ceremony (thankfully, since it was sprinkling that day). The wooden window blinds provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and we had nothing but compliments from our guests about the ambiance. The boathouse had also recently gone through some upgrades which made the night even better - the bridal suite was upgraded to include a few pieces of beautiful furniture for our wedding party to relax in (no more conference table) and the bar area was redone so that there was an entrance from the dining area. It was perfect! The sun came out during our vows (awww!), so the guests were able to enjoy the deck during cocktail hour. The boathouse also recently acquired uplighting, and was able to offer it to us at a lower price than our DJ. Bonus!

The staff at the Boathouse was also phenomenal - I worked with Jeannette throughout the process of visiting, booking, paying for the space (the online payment system is very convenient), and the wedding. She was incredibly responsive via email and patiently answered my seemingly endless list of questions! She worked with me to schedule two rehearsals because my officiant was out of town the day before the wedding, and was always accommodating when it came to my busy teaching schedule. She also allowed us to drop off decorations and non-refrigerated items the day before so there wasn't as much to think about the day of the wedding. On the big day, Erin and Heather manned the front desk, answered questions, and helped direct guests throughout the night.

If we could do it over, we would choose the Boathouse again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our big day so special!

Center Stage Entertainment was a package deal with our caterer for our wedding on July 9th, 2016, Catering by Vitarelli's. We were a little worried that we wouldn't get the quality that we were hoping for, but we were pleased to find out that we were wrong!

The first thing we really liked was that we could send our requests and names of our wedding party/families via an online form. We were assured that, even though some of the songs weren't in the "library" online, our DJ would play them for us.

Bryan Basara was assigned as our DJ, and he was fabulous! Much of our family and friends are Spanish, and many of our requests were in Spanish. Bryan did a fantastic job integrating the Spanish music with the other requests that we had and some crowd pleasers that weren't on our original list. He was very responsive via email, and provided a microphone for the ceremony, as well as music for the recessional. Bryan introduced himself right after the ceremony and made sure to check with everyone so that he pronounced all of the names correctly. He handled requests from guests well, and kept the night moving with an upbeat, positive attitude. We truly appreciated how well he handled everything and that he kept guests on the dance floor right until the last dance!

We will definitely be recommending Center Stage Entertainment and Bryan Basara to all of our friends and family!

Many others have said it before, but I will say it again....I can't believe this service was free!
I tend to be quite skeptical, and I almost passed up this awesome service for fear that there was a "catch," but thankfully, there wasn't!

Our wedding was small and we only needed a handful of rooms, but Katie was super helpful in providing information and sending the contract over for my signature. The whole process took less than a week, and it helped me to check another thing off my ever-growing list.

Our wedding was on July 9th, and we found out that at that hotel alone, there was a large family reunion and three other weddings taking up rooms...so glad we used Kleinfeld to secure our block for our guests!
