I'm one of those people that was scared to death of going to a chiropractor. I just thought it would be so painful I wouldn't be able to stand it! BUT...I knew I had to do something because I needed to make some changes in my life. So I made an appointment with Dr. Binner. I was skeptical, nervous, etc. Dr. B talked me through everything and put all of my fears to rest.
My main issue has been insomnia. I've been taking over the counter sleeping pills for about 10 years...and couldn't fall asleep without them. We tried some different strategies and I'm happy to say I have been sleeping without "pills" for about a week! I'm sleeping great and feeling amazing!
I know I have a lot of work left to do to make all of the changes I want to make...but Dr. B has guided me every step of the way and I know he will continue to do so. I'm glad I made that first appointment with him! He has honestly helped to change my life!

Oh...and the massage therapists are fantastic as well! I've seen several of them and I've always gotten a great massage at a reasonable rate.
