This company is a POS. They came into the neighborhood to bore a gas line to new homes across the street. They came out unannounced, tore up my sod, dug a huge hole and damaged my brand new irrigation system. They told us the would come back to ensure repairs were made. Three weeks later they didn't even replace the sod. I emailed the corporate office regarding the damage to the irrigation system and they won't even respond.

Very disappointed in Dezern Electric. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have new outlets installed including a dedicated refrigerator outlet. I had the electrician scheduled for the morning and the refrigerator delivery in the afternoon. I was very clear exactly where our neighbor was with directions. The electrician went to the wrong neighborhood, and left me a message that he couldn't find our house. I called him back left a message, sent 3 texts and called the office and nobody even bothered to get back to me. Needless to say I'm screwed now and have a refrigerator with no power. Save your time and try someone else.

Weather Master has installed 3 furnace/AC units in my house in the past 3 years, 2 when it was built 3 years ago and 1 when we finished the basement 2 years ago. The two year old has recently died. I called Weather Master to schedule an appointment. First I was told they had no record of installing anything at my address. After my contractor called and read them the riot act the found my record. I then called back and said that I assume part or all of this would still be under warranty. I was told that because we didn't sign a service agreement with them to have each unit serviced twice a year our warranty is void. I'm not sure if that is even legal but I do know it's robbery. Will never use them again.
