I went to go get an oil change, this morning and I have NEVER felt so comfortable at a repair shop in my life,
I have in my 62yrs been too alot and by far this is the BEST PLACE to go for ANY ISSUES you have with your vehicle.
Everyone and I mean Everyone that works there are amazing, Customer Service is A+++++
They did my oil change why I waiting on the most comfortable couch ever, Then when it was done Sophia had the paperwork and came and set down on the couch with me, and Explained everything to me, I thought that was so nice, She is an amazing person and I actually understood everything. I will from now on come here for my automotive needs and let everyone I know to come here too.

I was looking for a storage unit that my daughter could store her vehicle while she was stationed in Korea she is in the Army, and we just found out that she has to leave Jan for a year, we called so many storage companies and all were so RUDE, until I called Napa Storage and RV, Marshall who helped me understood our situation and was so caring and understood how we feel. This is amazing, I was rear ended and had to find a body shop, I called several places and every was so RUDE, and said Oh it will be 3 weeks out, I then call Blackhawk and the Lady that answered the phone was so caring of my needs and said bring it right in, That sealed the deal, the call the rent a car place for me and everything was handled threw them I didnt have to worry about nothing. EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE IS AMAZING ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL GO THERE..

I was recommend by my sister go to Big O Tires they are great, and wont take advantage of me, being a female and no nothing about cars.
I have a 2006 HHR Chevy, i was having issues it with it in Nov 2013 I had not done any to it since I bought it in 2007 except oil changes, engine light kept coming on so I thought I better take it to Big O, every one was great said I need shocks, rear brake shoes, rear hardware kit, real cylinder both serp belt, upper radiator hose, lower radiator hose, inner tie rod end set both, new thermostat, struts just to say a few things. it was to say the least very expansive over 3,000.00 so I said ok since I figures it needed all that since I didnt take care of these things before now. Robert that helped me was very good, so we did all of work, the day I pick up and I was driving home notice there still was a little noise and engine lit on, I turned back and it was a censor I believe he said and fix that, again I left the little noise was still there I thought it was ok since he never said anything about it. All in all my car did run so much better,
Ok so on 10/08/14 , my friend was using my car and took it to Midas his friend works there he did an oil change for me. and so then the mechanic there said the strut link needed to be repaired ASAP, I then told my friend that Big O did alot of work on my car including the new struts, he then said they should have replace this?????
So I found my recpt and warranty was up next month, Robert said it was not replace because it wasnt bad??? So out of EVERYTHING that was bad on my car you mean to tell me that was the only good thing !!!!!!!!!! REALLY. so I will never go here again and I RECOMMEND IF YOU GO GET ANOTHER EST. JUST BECAUSE IT IS ALMOST A YR LATER THAT IS THE ONLY THING STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT.
