(this is the same episode of a man and wife response i have already addressed on another review) This is in response to a home seller I did a home inspection in relation with I was never hired by that was not happy with my findings my services were rendered to the home buyer. So to start my findings and recommendations are on a professional level and could not be persuaded one way or there other I have been in the trade over 30 years I am very skilled and valued in the industry I understand you are trying to sell your home and would like to paint a perfect picture of this home without having to put money out to make necessary repairs to the NEC requirements my findings are valid and justified i have pointed out fire hazard trip hazard confide space not the proper conduit size for amount of wire and wire Gage pulled in main panel was not properly grounded no ground bushing in main sub panel and panel brakes are not identified water heater not grounded extension cords running across garage door trip hazard garage electric not permitted wiring done in wrong application should be done in MC cable garage door outlet done in Romex and not not strapped up garage instillation not permitted as garage sub panel is not required height nor is it accessible as well flex feeding water heater should be done in seal tight it is within five feet of water EV charger not permitted no cover plate wrong wire wrong outlet box Zinco panel poor quilt buses and barkers should have isolated ground with a ground rod and ground bushing nus should not be sharing ground and neutral as well a number of other NEC violations (national electrical code) your sub panel was not accessible not properly grounded not ground bushings no ground rods conduit and wiring running across the garage floor not even strapped up i will be posting a few of the pictures to show these code violations on my profile cause this rely is not allowing im i am sorry i could not over look these issues for you the fact still remains my finding stand and they are in accordance with the national electrical code i am sorry they are not to your liking I don't make these rules I just enforce them as a license and bonded electrician it is my duty this person in question is not only writing a vindictive review but having his wife piggy back off there same experience and opinion a couple trying to sell off a home and there electrical problems for top dollar to and honest buyer trying to blind side them lucky I was put in place to expose these violations and bring them to light.

We are sorry to hear your bad experience, we tried to change the place as much as possible from the previous business (we colored the walls, changed all the lights,added the buffets and the grill, added the decorations) and did a thorough cleaning of the restaurant. Our food is well done normally just in case since our meats are frozen we consider the health of our clients the most important. Our waiters now understand English and are trying to improve everyday and are still new. Again, sorry to hear your bad experience and hope you forgive us
