Acid rain spots real bad extremely hard to remove so brought it here and....the car was detailed to near perfection! Accommodating - I was in a rush and they got me in and out. Car was looking like Frankenstein when I brought it in and returned looking unbelievable! They also do touch-up paint work on chips and dings which I also need due to "road rash." Highly Recommend and I will be back for more beautifying work.
Went back to B&E earlier this year to correct my KW racing suspension settings (shocks./struts) that another supposedly really reputable company messed up (only used this company because the warranty said I had to for the installation). B&E also installed a new big brake kit (rotors, pads, calipers, stainless steel lines and flushed the system). Now I am headed back again for tire rotation and new wheels and alignment - my wheel alignment was so spot on last year my tires showed almost even wear. As I mentioned before the difference in mechanics who are measuring and doing the math v. technicians who read machines and look for lights...these guys are the real McCoy. As with any company you order your parts from B&E if you want B&E to warranty and do the installation - showing up with your own parts sight unseen is a no deal (you can tell B&E where to buy the parts you want and they will - they need to make sure for their protection that the parts are as advertised - all good automotive shops will tell their customers the same thing). As I track (race) my BMW cannot afford to have things go wrong at 160 mph. B&E is who I trust and the guff I get when I bring the car in is personable and hilarious. Highly Recommend B&E as others below have. B&E is always busy and packed so you have to make an appoint in advance. Bloody excellent these guys!
Going back to B&E for more trusted, reliable, and professional work.
I was initially referred to B&E by 911 Design (which speaks volumes) in 2013. Two years later I am still receiving excellent service on my 2011 BMW performance modified 3-series that Robert jokingly calls a "BMW Half Series." Never met the guy until I showed up and instantly found him direct, no BS, and humorous [as one person's review below pointed out and obviously did not think so but after reading what Robert said "we can sell it to you for 125.00" I cracked up and probably would have said the same thing myself]. Many non-mechanics or DIYers always think they know what the service should cost and or how long it should take as some of the comments below prove.
These guys are honest and work is always quality and top notch; they are meticulous. The difference between watching someone use a calculator vs. watching someone do the math on paper without a calc at the same speed - the latter being B&E. These guys are real mechanics, reputable, and trustworthy - not technical school techs who only know how to put your car on a machine and look for red and green lights to tell them things are ok and charge you $$$$. B&E is hands on.
I have purchased tires and wheels, had the car aligned many times, wheels rotated/balanced and my suspension is next, etc. and the prices were more than fair. Robert pointed out a problem with a warranty part that others failed to catch. Result, new parts to be installed under warranty. Robert's customer service and follow-up a day or two later is above and beyond. Will not go anywhere else.
Pricing is always good - not cheap. You get what you pay for. If you want discount parts and substandard work - this is not the place. If you want quality work at a good price and have a good sense of humor or not - this is absolutely the place.
Out-Bloody-Standing! First I was on a tight schedule and they fit me in! Wow! Customer Service! Rare these days. Darren even called me back when I scheduled and rescheduled...another plus...so I bought my Black BMW sweetheart in for treatment after I abused her by letting acid rain dry on her finish which severely water spotted her skin. A previous detailer got most of the spots out on previous occasions but never perfect as some still remained even after several sessions. Took her in to Darren and his folks - she was returned with jaw-dropping wet looking perfection and better than factory beautiful and they corrected imperfections the a former detailer could not correct- absolutely Zero spots and in words of praise from my other woman (human) upon my return - "what is the oil slick parked in the garage?!" I caught many "drivers by" eyeballing her DD spa treatment. It was absolutely worth the 4 hours round trip (traffic) it took for me to get my girl to Doctor Detail. I am a new customer and will soon be a repeat. Stunning work. I have a new detailer. Thanks Darren and Company! - Rusty
I lived at the Dunes at St. Andrews for 5 years. Staff was great and never had any issues with any staff. People who had the issues were the issue. Anytime I needed something fixed they were on it right away. True, the outside walls with the water pipes tended to freeze in sub zero temps but only the sides on the breezeways. This was due to poorly insulated walls during construction. Yes, you can hear your neighbors sometimes...this is apartment living. I enjoyed my time there and really had no issues. Girls in the front office were terrific. Not sure you can get any better for an apartment complex. Maintenance was great. Location was superb. If I move back to OP KS - this is where I would look first. Perfect location, quiet suburbs and close to restaurants, movies, shopping, and recreation - all right on 135th st.
Spacious 2 bed 2 bath, master bed en suite, 1082 sq. feet, new carpet, new washing machine, new light fixtures, plenty of storage space. As a single father raising a 10 year old son - great place!
Do these people ever answer the phone?
They lost my package but said they delivered it. The general 800 number you will never get through on. Their local number does not even have a business greeting - like it is someone's personal answering machine. And they never answer. You call a few time and all of a sudden the line is busy because they took it off the hook.
Take your business to UPS or FedEx! These people here are extremely lazy and could care less about customer service.
