Don't not use this electrician. Dishonest and lied about services. Total scam artists. I first called and they said they would charge $49 for travel fee and troubleshooting. When the electrician came, he didn't come and even look at the circuit board. No trouble shooting done. Instead he came there to just say he will charge $300 for any kind of service he will do (different from my phone conversation )- why didn't you reveal all this during our phone conversation? Repeat DO NOT USE THIS ELECTRICIAN!

The electrician was very unprofessional and was arguing "what happen if it's a complicated job, it's $300!" I said , "what happen if it's an EASY job, and it's $300?!!!" As mentioned, when I talk to the lady over the phone, they said they charge differently for different services. However , this cheating electrician want to charge over $300 for not even taking a look at the circuit board. Very dishonest, rude, and not upfront with their pricing . DO NOT USE.

Pete knows Little Italy/UIC/medical district like no one else and also all the ins and outs of a home! Peter was very helpful to me as I had plans to sell my home. Most selling realtors probably make easy money by just listing it in MLS and putting a lockbox to it. But Peter was there in the whole process in making my home remodeling recommendations from changing my house wall colors, bathroom tile, and garden landscape ideas. If you see all of peter's house listings, they are taken by a professional photographers and they all look sharp. I had plans of selling my home but when I wanted the possibility of renting my home , Peter was able to come to the rescue by finding great exceptional and quality tenants. Pete seems to know a lot of people in the area and grew up in the area. I have worked with a lot of realtors and Pete seem outstanding. He was a pleasure to work with.

Got annoying mistaken phone calls from this firm four times a week saying I owe DEBT. somehow they mistakenly got my number and they think they were reaching for mr or mrs Garcia. Can't get info correctly. Please stop calling.
