Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I ordered a pizza online on the app at 5:23pm the app said 20min. I showed up at 5:45 and it wasn't ready yet. I patiently waited until I noticed that people who came in and ordered after me got their pizzas before me. I had to actually go up and ask about my online order before they even started working on it.
What is the point of online ordering if it would have been faster to Just come in and order it???
The manager is absolutely careless and walks slower than my grandmother who just had hip replacement. I understand being short handed but these people need some more training. I had to wait over an hour for an online order that advertised 20 min.

We got here pretty close to closing time as we were traveling and eating pretty late
We ordered the house rolls as an appetizer, the red dragon, and the candy roll.
Everything was so good.
The service was wonderful, especially for being so close to closing when usually service starts to go down hill because of everyone getting off soon. Not at this place. They were great the whole time.

Went there for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. Flavor and sauces on the protein choices were delicious. I got a large bowl and my husband and I shared it and we're both full. So glad something like this opened up in the sunny side area.
