Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from here as you can. My wife and I went up today to look at two vehicles. First the "VIP" salesperson was new and didn't know the difference between a crew cab and double cab truck from here it only gets better. The truck we were looking at online was just sent to dodgeland and the other vehicle was sold. No big deal. We left and within 10 minutes received a phone call. The deal on the other vehicle had fallen through can we come back in. Get back up there and find out they are still working the deal. Come inside and have salespeople trying to get information on how crappy other salesman was. Have a sales manager come over and finally tell me the vehicle has been sold the whole time. Their problem is we were planning on going home and figuring out something else to purchase but after all of this I will never set foot in any dealership that is owned by JT.
