My daughter is a UCSC student and needed to have her battery tested. I sent her here because I heard on a commercial how helpful they were and how they would test and even help to install the battery after purchase. My daughter bought the battery and then asked for their help and even offered to pay someone to help her and they completely refused. They referred her to a place across the street who wanted to charge her $70 bucks. Luckily she is a smart girl and watched a video and did it herself. The commercial however was totally false.

This was our second time using Rooms N Covers for our patio in our new home. Although COVID slowed the permit process down a bit, the quality of the work by our installer Scott T. was excellent. We had a small electrical issue but this company is top notch, fixed the issue and did an awesome job. Tony is also excellent and did an awesome repair job.

Here is my honest review. I wanted waterproof vinyl planks installed. The appointment set up was quick and easy and the salesperson arrived on time. It was a bit like buying a used car. If you negotiate hard enough, the price goes down significantly. Since I have used them before, I expected this and was ready for it with my pricing from other places.

The best part was the installation team. They arrived on time and I would say did A grade work but C level cleanup.

The worst part was the surprise addition of $150 to do some leveling to the foundation of a brand new home. Read your contract as this is part of the fine print and they did not even tell me the cost for this until the 2nd day of install, so that part was very unsettling to me. This brings me back to the salesperson who said what an easy job this would be and take only 1 day when it ended up taking 2 days.

I am happy with the end result but unhappy about the upcharge which I feel should be refunded.

We have been coming here for years and we were some of the first regular customers when they were at their Summit location. The service and portions have gone downhill. For example, we do not like to drink from their old plastic cups. Until recently they have always let is have a to go cup. Now they refuse and tell us we can only have a to go cup after we finish our meal. This makes no sense. It is extremely irritating. We are done with this nonsense. You have lost weekly customers who have been regulars for 10+ years.
